Our Story

Founded in 2008, LRCare Home is a family-owned elderly care home rooted in compassion, dignity, and a deep commitment to making every resident feel like family.

Founders Lorna and Rolly Constantino discovered their passion for caregiving through raising and caring for their son, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and requires lifelong support. After immigrating from the Philippines, they were inspired to bring their culture of warmth, hospitality, and compassionate care to families throughout Orange County.

With Rolly’s background in social work, Lorna’s experience in administration, and the support of their four children, the entire family shares one purpose: to provide loving, attentive care in a safe and welcoming place residents can truly call home.
