How to Submit Forms

Step 1: Download the PDF

1. Click the file you need.

2. The file will open. Save it to your device (usually in your Downloads folder).
    

Signing on a Phone or Tablet
You can open and sign PDFs using any of the apps below:

• iPhone / iPad: Use the built-in Files app or Apple Books

• Android: Use Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Xodo PDF Reader & Editor
   

To sign:

1. Open the PDF in one of the apps listed above.

2. Tap the pen or signature icon.

3. Draw your signature with your finger or stylus.

4. Place it where needed, then tap Done or Save.
    

Signing on a Laptop or Desktop
You can sign the PDF using these free options:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows or Mac): https://get.adobe.com/reader/

• Mac Preview (for Mac users) — already installed

• Smallpdf or PDFescape — free online PDF editors
   

To sign:

1. Open the PDF in your preferred program.

2. Look for a Fill & Sign or Sign tool.

3. Type, draw, or upload your signature.

4. Save the signed PDF to your computer.

Once signed and saved, you can:​
